Ran into this great website, an online international magazine in portuguese IdeaFixa. I was going through the latest issue and ran into Lucy McRae's work. Actually, it's a collab between Lucy McRae and Bart Hess, they go by Lucy and Bart.

it's just so inspiring, to think that the human body can be modified in so many ways. sort of disturbing too, but thats good.

Everyday i try some new approach to life, like changing my attitude, analysing my actions or screening my thoughts. Actually, i try all that probably at the same time all the time. I just know things have to change for me. I'm a big complainer and im a bit lazy. I know its a JUST DO IT situation, but its the kind that i tell myself 'stop and do' and i stop and sit instead. So i found this interesting website (tinybuddha), which says a lot of things that i already knew, but never read altogether. It gives you 30 ways to live your life OUT LOUD. Meaning: taking risks, fulfilling dreams, being happy etc. in other words living life the way it is meant to be lived- with no bounderies.

Weird and Nice Simultaneously

There's something about music made with only one instrument. It allows us to notice the artists voice more and listen to the lyrics more carefully, i like her.

I found a translation online but it looked like a google translation, they arent very good especially when it comes to poetry. So i tried to translate it myself.

Samba Of the Blessing

It is better to be happy than to be sad
Happiness is the best thing that exists
It is as a light in the heart
But to make a samba with beauty

To make samba is not like telling a joke
And those who make this samba are worthless
The good samba is a kind of prayer

Put a little love in a rythm
And you'll see that nothing exceeds
The beauty in a samba
Because samba was born in Bahia
And if today it is white in it's poetry
